What is the Iowa Lottery's VIP Club?

The VIP Club is open to anyone who plays Iowa Lottery games. The club offers exclusive perks for those who join. Members get a free monthly coupon, access to exclusive prize drawings, a monthly newsletter, and special offers and insider news available only to members.
How do I join the VIP Club?

You can become a VIP Club member by visiting ialottery.com. After you submit your information, you'll be directed to set up a password for your account. You will use your email address as your login name and the password you created each time you log in to your VIP Club account.
How often will there be prize drawings through the VIP Club?

We anticipate we'll have drawings through the VIP club at least once a quarter. We'll be sure to give you plenty of notice when there's a drawing coming up so you'll have time to enter!

I have forgotten/want to reset my password. What can I do?

On the Manage Profile page on ialottery.com, there is a link you can use for assistance with resetting log-in information.
How do I change my personal account information, including my email address?

To change your personal account information, log in at ialottery.com with your email address and password, then go to the Manage Profile page and make your desired profile changes. It's important to keep your information current, as we use it to contact you if you're selected as a winner in a promotion.

Troubleshooting Tips

Computer issues of all types can be very frustrating. Problems may stem from your device or your Internet connection, both of which are beyond our control. Your device specifications, the number of apps that you are running, presence of spyware or adware, or the speed of your Internet connection can all contribute to technical difficulties.
Why won't the form accept an entry -- such as an email address or password -- even though the information is correct?

Certain fields have specific formatting requirements. So even if you enter the correct information, if it is not formatted properly, it will not be accepted.

Email: You must enter a valid email address. If the "Email" field does not contain a "@", or a space, or is less than six characters; it will NOT be accepted.

Password: Passwords must be between 8 and 16 characters long and cannot contain spaces or special characters, such as: "*|,\":<>[]{}\';()@&#%$. If the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields do not match, you will receive an error.
